According to Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Radio (via Ringside News), the script for RAW wasn’t finished until thirty minutes prior to showtime. This lines up with an earlier report that stated Seth Rollins’ back injury forced rewrites to the show, as he was expected to be a major focus.
Meltzer said: “The actual script was not done until thirty minutes into the show. This sounds like Nitro and they were still changing the show into the second hour, they were still making changes.”
