12/27 WWE 205 Live

Results courtesy of WWE.com:

WWE 205 Live results: All hail King Neville

On the latest episode of WWE 205 Live, Neville sent a clear statement to Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann, Jack Gallagher and Ariya Daivari engaged in WWE’s first duel and more!

Tony Nese def. Cedric Alexander

With girlfriend Alicia Fox at ringside, Cedric Alexander squared off with Tony Nese on WWE 205 Live. At ringside with Nese was his tag team partner Drew Gulak, who Alexander defeated last week in singles competition. Gulak blamed Alicia for his loss after she injured her ankle and Noam Dar carried her to the locker room, claiming it gave Alexander an unfair advantage.
The respective ability of Nese and Alexander provided the WWE Universe with a breathtaking display of high-level competition with neither Superstar able to maintain an advantage for very long. As the action intensified, an altercation erupted between Gulak and Alicia leading Gulak to claim he was attacked. As a result, Alicia was ejected from ringside. Nese seized the opportunity to score a pinfall on a distracted Alexander.

Mustafa Ali def. John Yurnet

After an impressive showing against Lince Dorado on WWE 205 Live last week, Mustafa Ali looked to continue building momentum against John Yurnet.
Competing in front of his hometown crowd in Chicago, Ali gave a full-blown display of his impressive agility. Unfortunately for his opponent, Yurnet appeared to suffer an injury early in the contest. However, Yurnet displayed his own resilience powering through the injury to continue the bout. Ali was unrelenting and his offensive ability was too much for his opponent, as he secured the victory following a jaw-dropping maneuver from the top rope.
After the match, Ali told the WWE Universe he felt good to be in his hometown. He also stated that even though some people see him and hear his name and aren’t sure what to think, his actions and ability always win over the fans.

Jack Gallagher def. Ariya Daivari in a Gentlemen’s Duel

Before their unique duel got underway, Ariya Daivari admitted he had never been in this type of confrontation before. Jack Gallagher seemed surprised and proceeded to unveil a table covered with potential weapons such as a frying pan and Kendo stick. Keeping the duel gentlemanly, the combatants would choose each other’s weapons with Gallagher choosing the Kendo stick for his nemesis.
Thinking he had an advantage, Daivari chose an umbrella for his opponent. The duel got underway with both Superstars back to back. Although they were supposed to walk five paces apart, Daivari attempted to attack early but Gallagher was ready. Using his umbrella like a rapier, Gallagher took down his opponent to the delight of the WWE Universe.
Daivari rebounded, using the table of weapons to his advantage and briefly looked as though he may emerge victorious. Nevertheless, “The Extraordinary Gentleman” regained his composure and executed his patented headbutt, forcing Daivari from the ring and forfeiting the duel.

Neville def. Rich Swann in a Non-Title Match

On Raw, Neville issued a challenge to Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann to meet in singles competition. Since his return at Roadblock: End of the Line, Neville has set out to prove that he is The King of the Cruiserweights and has decimated both Swann and TJ Perkins. However, former friends Swann and Neville haven’t competed one-on-one since Neville’s return and he was poised to end 2016 with a statement.
As the opening bell sounded, Swann wasted little time initiating an offense against Neville. Having been decimated by Neville multiple times in the past week, Swann had to leave everything in the ring against The King of the Cruiserweights. However, once Neville gained control of the contest, he was ruthless in his attacks, tossing Swann into the barricade and the ring apron on the outside.
Neville methodically attacked Swann and it appeared as though he would maintain dominance against the champion for the rest of the evening. Proving his resilience, the champion struck back and the two competitors engaged in an epic battle that certainly can be regarded as a WWE 205 Live classic.
Preparing to seal the deal with a high-risk move off the top rope, Swann was countered by Neville’s quick-thinking and The King of the Cruiserweights executed a huge superplex for the win.
After the contest, Neville ruthlessly assaulted the Cruiserweight Champion, further asserting his dominance and demanding his crown.

Opinionated View- Go ahead IWC sheep who want to pretend the cruiserweight division isn't a total joke defend the duel I'll wait.

Cena talks about getting referred to as a part-timer and how some stars say he already has one foot out the door to Hollywood. He’s here tonight to set the record straight: “I’m not done. I’m not leaving. And I’m sick of this New Era BS. It’s not the new era. It’s the my time is now era.” Cena said he is watching the winner of tonight’s main event very close because he’s challenging them to a championship match at the Royal Rumble. Update on TNA Ownership

According to PWInsider.com, while not confirmed, the feeling in TNA is that an announcement is forthcoming from Anthem Sports & Entertainment regarding Anthem’s purchase of TNA Wrestling and its parent company Impact Ventures LLC....
With regards to how all of this will affect Dixie Carter, if the sale is announced, it will mean Carter is completely done with the company from a power standpoint, and Ed Nordholm of Anthem will be the lead person going forward. Whether or not Carter will remain an on-air character with the company, similar to the roles currently held by Daniel Bryan and Mick Foley in WWE, remains to be seen. With regards to Nordholm, he has reportedly been spoken highly of by several TNA talents and is said to be very business minded.
As for the upcoming TNA TV tapings, the company will be taping 12 episodes of Impact from January 5th-12th, and will broadcast a live One Night Only PPV.

Report: Jay Lethal Re-Signs With ROH

Jay Lethal appears to have re-upped with Ring of Honor. PWTorch reports that Lethal has signed an exclusive deal for two years with the company.

WWE reportedly had interest in Lethal but has been making relatively low offers to ROH free agents.

Opinionated View- Bad move since leaving TNA and going to ROH Lethal has really regressed and has become nearly unwatchable. I think a lot of that has to do with being to at ease in ROH and not felling the need to push.

12/26 WWE Raw Report

“The. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.
A video kicks off the show that recaps the events from last Monday’s RAW. Braun Strowman made a complete mess of the show, attacking numerous superstars in an effort to unleash the anger he wanted to direct at Sami Zayn, but Mick Foley had already sent him home. In the main event, Strowman attacked Roman Reigns and Seth Rollins.
The RAW video plays, and we go live into the arena to see the crowd. Michael Cole welcomes us to the final Monday Night RAW of 2016.

Stephanie McMahon kicks off Monday Night RAW

Stephanie McMahon’s music hits, and she makes her way to the ring to loud boos. McMahon wishes everyone Happy Holidays before welcoming them to Monday Night RAW. Mick Foley had a very busy Christmas, so she gave him a well-deserved night off. A loud “CM Punk” chant fires up. She says if they can keep it up for longer than 2:15, they’d last longer than Punk did, referring to his quick UFC defeat. The crowd loudly boos. Tonight, we need to get RAW started with the biggest…
Seth Rollins’ music hits, and he makes his way to the ring to a nice reception. Rollins gets in the ring and wishes Chicago a Merry Christmas. Rollins wanted to say it to Stephanie as well. She got to spend time with the family, including Triple H. Did she get Triple H everything he wanted? Did she give him what he needs, like his manhood? Rollins doesn’t know what she has in her purse, whether it is his snowballs or the whole Yule log. Rollins tells her to give it back to him. McMahon quotes Michelle Obama by saying when he goes low, she goes high. Triple H is the Chief Operating Officer of WWE. Rollins says he used to be one of the baddest dudes walking around here. Last year, he was primed to enter the Royal Rumble to win the title for a 14th time. This year, Rollins is calling him out left and right to no response. His wife has him all suited up in his office or at home with the kids. Triple H will be remembered as the biggest coward of all time. McMahon says she is not her husband’s keeper. Her husband is more of a champion than Rollins ever will be.
Rollins says they don’t need to go through this, but he came to Chicago for a fight. Last week, Braun Strowman stuck his nose in his business, so he’s here to request a fight against him.
Roman Reigns’ music hits, and he comes out to loud boos from the Chicago crowd. The WWE United States Champion stands in the ring. McMahon questions if he also wants Strowman. Reigns says Strowman made a big mistake last night. The crowd immediately boos when he starts speaking. Reigns says he’s here to fight. Rollins says Reigns will have to get in the back of the line because he wants Strowman. Reigns tells him to step aside. Rollins says he won’t do that. Reigns says he’ll go in the back and teach him a lesson. Rollins says he’ll follow him and do that like they used to do. Reigns agrees and says they should drag Strowman out and power bomb him through the table. McMahon gets excited and mentions Smackdown Live is in the building tomorrow. Maybe Dean Ambrose is in the area and we can see a Shield reunion. She builds the crowd up only to say it won’t happen. If Rollins is looking for a fight, he’s got it against the man that annihilates everything in his path, Braun Strowman. As for Reigns, he’ll face an opponent of her choosing. As for title matches, we have one to kick off the show. It’s a Tag Team Championship rematch!
“OHH CHICAGO — DON’T YOU DARE BE SOUR! CLAP FOR YOUR LONGEST-REIGNING TAG CHAMPS AND FEEL THE POWER!!”
The New Day makes their way to the ring to a massive reception from the crowd. They’ll face RAW Tag Team Champions Cesaro and Sheamus, next.

Goldberg will return next week on RAW. A “Goldberg” chant breaks out in Chicago.
Braun Strowman is seen walking backstage, frightening stagehands. Kevin Owens and Chris Jericho find him. Owens says he’s the man they’re looking for. This man literally decked the halls… well, not literally, but he did deck people in halls. Jericho says he wouldn’t want to be on The List of Strowman… “squash ’em down, man.” Owens says he wanted to talk to Strowman man-to-giant-man. He knows Strowman wants competition. Once he beats Roman Reigns at the Royal Rumble and retains his title, he’ll be next in line. Strowman warns him to be careful what he wishes for. Owens and Jericho try to plant in his head that Reigns and Rollins aren’t afraid of him. Jericho lays it in thick by saying they don’t think he’s big and hits like a pillow. They also think (coincidentally) that he’s a “stupid idiot.” Strowman thinks the rumors are crap and gets in Jericho’s face. Owens talks him down, and Strowman walks off.
Elsewhere backstage, Goldust and R-Truth are talking Christmas shows. Bayley walks up to them and says she has a belated Christmas gift for Goldust. R-Truth wants to share, but Goldust says he’s on the naughty list. Bayley gives R-Truth a hug. Bayley gives Goldust a Dusty Rhodes teddy bear. She wouldn’t be the number one contender for the RAW Women’s Championship if not for the guidance of his father, and she loved him so much. Goldust is moved by that and hugs her. She walks off. Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows walk up and make fun of the two for playing with toys. They grab the Dusty Bear and rip it’s head off before walking off. Goldust picks up the beheaded stuffed animal and looks angry.

Scarlett vs. Nia Jax

Jax immediately kicks her down at the sound of the bell and wildly head-butts her. Jax throws her across the ring and avalanches her in the corner. Jax hits a running hip bump to the face before hitting a Samoan Drop for the win.

Then the stupid idiot gave him another shot at the Royal Rumble while putting Jericho in a shark cage like a “sexy piñata.” Jericho says it’s 200 feet in the air. It isn’t. Jericho flips out about the phobia of heights. Jericho says she mentioned that she was looking for an opponent for Roman Reigns’ United States Championship tonight. McMahon puts Kevin Owens in the match and walks off. Owens is excited while Jericho is disappointed it wasn’t him.

Bayley discusses becoming the number one contender

Bayley makes her way to the ring to a nice reception from the crowd. She says she loves Chicago. Bayley says she hopes Santa Claus got them everything she wanted. As for her, Christmas came early last week because she pinned Charlotte for the third time in a row. That makes her the new number one contender. Ever since she was a kid, all she’s dreamed of is holding that Women’s Championship. It’s about time. It’d be pretty sweet to replace that replica championship…
Charlotte Flair’s music hits, and she comes out to the stage. Flair says she’s sorry to interrupt Bayley’s “cosplay” moment because she likes to play a WWE Superstar, but she had to correct something. Bayley didn’t beat her last week. Bayley says her robe might be on too tight, but when the referee raises your hand, you’ve won the match. Flair shows a replay of her shoulder coming up before the referee hits a three count. If this happened to someone like Bayley, she’d have to deal with the loss and move on with her life. For someone like her who was born and raised in this business… if her dad gave her any advice, it’s to always have a good lawyer on hand. Her and her lawyers talked to Stephanie McMahon last night (on Christmas), her win has been expunged from the books. The win never happened. She doesn’t get why she’s so stunned. Maybe it’s because Bayley is average, so she cannot relate. Flair gets in the ring and says she was born with a silver spoon, so she didn’t have to wait in line. She knows how the system works and made it work for her. She has been reminiscing a lot about their time in NXT and remembers Bayley saying this is a childhood dream. Flair says she was secretly laughing at her the entire time. She’s not unreasonable. Maybe it’s because it’s the holiday season, but she’ll give her a second chance at her childhood dream. Flair will give her another match right now. Bayley says they can finish what they started last week.
Flair says she almost forgot. In the settlement, she was guaranteed a referee that would call it down the line. Dana Brooke’s music hits, and she comes out in a referee shirt. This match is next.
Later tonight, we’ll see Seth Rollins take on Braun Strowman. We’ll also see Kevin Owens face Roman Reigns for the United States Championship.

Charly Caruso asks Neville what he plans to do next. Neville says when you leave a line of bodies in your wake, all of a sudden everyone wants to talk to you. The Americans usually only talk about him when they’re insulting his accent or his personality. Perhaps they think his face isn’t appropriate for Monday Night RAW. It is America’s ignorance and arrogance that has prevented them from appreciating him. Tomorrow, they’re going to have no choice but to appreciate him because he is going to beat the Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann. They’re looking at the true king of the Cruiserweights.

WWE Roadblock Interest Was Down From Previous PPVs

The WON reports that WWE Roadblock saw a decrease in overall interest by most viewable metrics. The site reports that while there was more interest in the show than for TLC, Google searches were down by about half from the usual level of monthly non-“Big Four” PPV events to 100,000.

The show drew an attendance of about 8,000 which was considered to be a disappointment considering that WWE had a two-for-one ticket deal the week of the show. There is no word on viewing numbers on the Network for the show at this time

Opinionated View- Of course it was down. Awful card including a fucking iron man match with two awful wrestlers in a stale feud. They made Owens look like a total moron that couldn't do anything right and needed Jericho to do anything. Speaking of Jericho why should any care about his lazy phoning it in feud and  matches.

WWE 205 Live results: Neville steps toward coronation

On the latest episode of WWE 205 Live, Ariya Daivari battled Lince Dorado and sent a message to Jack Gallagher, Noam Dar continued his quest to win Alicia Fox’s heart and Neville teamed with The Brian Kendrick to show Rich Swann and TJ Perkins what he is capable of doing in the ring.

Ariya Daivari def. Lince Dorado

Ariya Daivari had one goal in mind on WWE 205 Live – to get back on track after receiving a “thorough thrashing” from Jack Gallagher on Raw last week. The Persian Lion faced a daunting challenge in the form of a rematch against Lucha Libre sensation Lince Dorado.
The Golden Lynx relied on his incredible agility to maintain a strong offense against Daivari. However, The Persian Lion relied on a more physical style to counter the luchador’s speed. Displaying his resilience, Daivari weathered a flurry of fast-paced maneuvers to counter a move on the top rope and execute a frog splash for the win.
After the match, Daivari made his animosity towards Jack Gallagher known, claiming that the British gentleman was not extraordinary, but was indeed a scoundrel.

Cedric Alexander def. Drew Gulak

Fresh off a victory against Noam Dar on Raw, Cedric Alexander set his sights on building momentum on WWE 205 Live in a bout against Drew Gulak.
Everything was going smooth as Alexander and Gulak engaged in a competitive match until Alicia Fox – at ringside supporting her boyfriend, Alexander – suffered an injury to her ankle after Gulak pushed Alexander into her following a jaw dropping spill to the outside.
Before Alexander could leave the ring to help his girlfriend, Dar raced to her side and helped Alicia to the locker room. Seizing the opportunity to capitalize on his opponent being distracted, Gulak nearly stole a victory. However, Alexander recovered and managed to pick up the win before racing to the back to tend to Fox.

Neville & The Brian Kendrick def. Rich Swann & TJ Perkins

Neville made a shocking return at Roadblock: End of the Line and dismantled Cruiserweight Champion Rich Swann and TJ Perkins, putting the entire Cruiserweight division on notice. Proclaiming himself the king of cruiserweights, Neville again attacked Swann and Perkins on Raw, this time with the support of The Brian Kendrick. This of course led to the tag team match on WWE 205 Live, a perfect opportunity for Neville to show off his abilities alongside the current and two former Cruiserweight Champions.
The Man that Gravity Forgot wasted no time displaying his new and ruthless in-ring style at the expense of the Cruiserweight Champion. However, TJ Perkins managed to change the tide of the match against both Neville and Kendrick.
Although Neville and Kendrick dominated early in the contest, the Cruiserweight Champion and TJP kept the WWE Universe on the edge of their seats with a competitive battle. Unfortunately for Swann and Perkins, it was not enough and Neville’s unbridled aggression proved to be the deciding factor in the match, finishing off Perkins with a Red Arrow.

12/20 WWE Smackdown Report

“Then. Now. Forever.” The WWE video leads us into the show.
The Smackdown video plays, and we go into the arena to see a pyrotechnics display. The stage is decorated with Christmas trees and presents. AJ Styles’ music hits, and the WWE Champion makes his way down to the ring. We’re going to kick off Smackdown Live with a WWE Championship match.

WWE Championship Match
AJ Styles (c) vs. James Ellsworth

The crowd is chanting for AJ Styles. Styles yells at him, while Ellsworth gestures that he is 3-0 against him. The ring announcer does the introductions once both men are in the ring. The crowd is really buzzing about this match. Ellsworth’s name receives a lot of jeers from the Detroit crowd. As for Styles, he is roundly cheered.
The bell rings, and Ellsworth throws some phantom jabs at Styles. Styles quickly sends him to the corner and talks some trash. Ellsworth goes for No Chin Music, but Styles blocks it and wipes him out with a strike combo. Styles covers him and picks up the win to retain his championship.

Winner and still WWE Champion: AJ Styles

The referee gives Styles his championship, but he shakes his head and puts it down before snapping Ellsworth’s head off the middle rope. Styles goes outside, grabs him, and slams him off the commentary table. The crowd is chanting “YES.” Styles picks him up and forearms him down before dropping him face-first on the ring steps. Styles lifts up the apron and sends Ellsworth headfirst into the steel structure of the ring. Styles then gives him a guillotine catapult into the steel frame. Styles grabs his championship and starts to walk off before stopping and turning around. Styles grabs Ellsworth and gives him a snap duplex into the barricade. Styles gets in the ring and mugs for the crowd. Referees surround Ellsworth and check on his wellbeing. He appears to be unconscious. Styles apologizes for the crowd having to witness that. No wait… he isn’t. That’s been building up for six weeks and was a long time coming. A stretcher is sent out for Ellsworth. Rudolph and the chinless reject can go back to the Isle of Misfit Toys when they go on. Now he can move on to more important things this year like… actually he’s done with the most important things this year. It’s time to move onto 2017 for him. He doesn’t need to ask Santa for anything for Christmas because he has it all, including the WWE Championship. It looks like it’s a Merry Christmas to AJ Styles and a Happy New Year.
Dolph Ziggler’s music hits, and he quickly walks down to the ring. Ziggler sarcastically congratulates Styles before reminding him that there is one more thing coming at the end of the year — he’s next in line for the WWE Title. Styles forgot about him because Ziggler is a cakewalk. The best thing Ziggler does is lose. Ziggler says this is coming from the guy that took four tries to beat Ellsworth. Styles says he only needs one try to beat him. Ziggler says it’s not going to be that easy. A couple of months ago, he put his entire career on the line for a shot at the WWE Intercontinental Championship. He went through hell and came out on top. What does Styles think he’s willing to do to get his hands on the title?
Baron Corbin’s music hits, and he makes his way to the ring. Styles laughs and gets out of the ring. Corbin says it should be him versus AJ Styles for the WWE Championship, not Ziggler. How many chances are they going to give him? Corbin calls him “little man.” Ziggler says he may be new, but you don’t get chances; you earn them. He earned his championship shot while Corbin was taking a week off. Corbin says the only reason he earned anything is because he wasn’t here. Next week when he faces Styles for the title, he will lose because that’s what Ziggler does. Corbin says Ziggler doesn’t steal the show. He steals opportunities and wastes them. So next week… Corbin takes him down with a right hand. Ziggler tries to fight back, but Corbin lays him out with the End of Days. The crowd callously chants “One more time.” Styles is pleased with what he sees.
Tonight’s main event will see Dean Ambrose take on Luke Harper. Coming up next, we’ll see The Miz defend the WWE Intercontinental Championship against Apollo Crews.
-Commercial Break-
Daniel Bryan is backstage trying to calm Dolph Ziggler down. Ziggler says he wants Baron Corbin tonight. Bryan agrees to the match, but if Ziggler loses Corbin will get his shot at the WWE Championship next week. Bryan asks if he’s sure, but Ziggler says he is and won’t go down without a fight.

John Cena returns to Smackdown Live next week.

Natalya attempts to explain herself to Nikki Bella

As soon as she gets in the ring, Carmella’s music hits, and she comes down the ramp. Carmella says she’s just here to see how Natalya will weasel her way out of this. Nikki says how does she know Carmella isn’t the on that attacked her. Carmella says if she did, she’d be bragging about it. John Cena can’t help her out with all her problems. Carmella tells her to stop daydreaming about the SNL afterparty and realize that Natalya is a liar. Maybe some silicon leaked into her brain. Natalya is greatly upset by that comment. Carmella says that’s enough of the act. Did Natalya not tell her that someone needs to teach Nikki a lesson? Natalya tells her to shut her mouth. Carmella talks about how Natalya cried on her shoulder and said the Bella Twins were in WWE because they couldn’t make it on their own. Natalya says that’s something she said in private. Natalya calls her a “dirty little Staten Island snitch.” Nikki asks if Natalya really attacked her. Natalya says Carmella caused all this and chases her. Natalya grabs her on the stage and sends her into the trees.
Natalya then looks at Nikki and says, “Alright… I did it, you bitch. I have always despised you. I am Natalya Neidhart. I am wrestling royalty. You are not. Nikki, you may have been the longest reigning Divas Champion in WWE history, and I know you worked so hard, Nikki. You worked ten long years. You worked your butt off, but you and your sister got everything because you’re beautiful. Yeah, yeah, you’re nothing, just like these people here. Yeah! You’ve got the magazine covers, you’ve got to walk red carpets, you’ve got the Total Divas spinoff. That should have been me! And you didn’t get it, Nikki, because you’ve got a great personality. Plans For Next Two Weeks of Impact Wrestling

TNA has announced that next week’s episode of Impact will be a “Best of 2016” special that will include Kurt Angle’s TNA farewell, Gail Kim’s Hall of Fame induction and more.

After that on December 29th will be an episode centered on the Hardys, looking at the highlights of Broken Matt Hardy and more. The company will then begin taping material at their live shows starting January 5th at Universal Studios, Florida.

Opinionated View- This might be flipped with the Hardy stuff airing this week based on Matt saying in an interview they are throwing holiday party. Now I would always prefer new content but I get everything that went on this year and  it being the holidays doing this.

Corgan and Lagana Met With Officials

– PWInsider reports that Billy Corgan and Dave Lagana met with Ring of Honor management in Baltimore a few weeks ago. No word on what, if anything, came from that meeting.

Opinionated View- Well something needs to change in ROH given how its been so boring for so long. Hopefully Corgan would cut ties with the Briscoes and than tells New Japan they aren't allowed to use New Japan to build there own company while tearing down ROH. Of course I also fear Billy coming out doing a whole "Dixie Carter has no idea what she is doing" promo.

Backstage Details on Why WWE Moved Onto The Charlotte & Bayley Feud

WWE officials want the Charlotte & Bayley feud to culminate at WrestleMania 33, feeling that Bayley has more babyface potential than Sasha Banks. The report also says that Vince McMahon has not been very high on Sasha Banks, for various reasons, and her title reign was never meant to be a long one. The company reportedly believes that Charlotte is the better heel and that the money program is Bayley vs. Charlotte.

Opinionated View- If it's true I can't blame for not being high on Sasha given how bad Sasha is in the ring and how often she gets hurt. Of course WWE was still stupid enough to have Sasha main event numerous Raw's and a PPV. And have her be part of title feud as kept pushing "The Women's Revolution." As for Bayle having more potential well that doesn't mean anything. Bayle is just annoying.

Kevin Owens vs. Roman Reigns rematch for the WWE Universal Championship announced for the Royal Rumble

During the opening segment of tonight’s 12/19 WWE RAW from Columbus, RAW General Manager Mick Foley revealed that Kevin Owens would be defending the WWE Universal Championship against WWE United States Champion Roman Reigns at the upcoming Royal Rumble PPV on January 29 inside the Alamodome in a rematch from Roadblock.

A special stipulation was announced for the match as Chris Jericho will be forced to step inside a shark cage that will hang above the ring during the championship rematch.

Opinionated View- As I said during Raw coverage its rare matches with this gimmick work. Mainly you are just waiting for the guy in the cage to still interfere some how. And it seems like it will be another month of Owens coming off as a useless moron that is helpless without Jericho.

12/19 WWE Raw

The RAW opening hits. We go live to Columbus where pyro goes off.
