Return Set WrestleMania

PWInsider reports that Jim Ross has signed a new deal that will see him return at WrestleMania 33 to call the Goldberg vs. Brock Lesnar match for the WWE Universal Championship. The site reports that the deal will see Ross appear occasionally on WWE television but will mostly be used for material on the WWE Network, documentaries and the like.
The new deal will preclude Ross being involved with the new World of Sports series in the UK, for which he called the pilot, but will not change his status with New Japan on AXS TV. The deal was done five weeks ago, before the passing of his wife Jan.

Opinionated View- Before I say anything else let me make it clear I do not hate JR and if this weekend gives him a little solace during an awful time than great. But I hope it's a 1 time thing. JR has been awful at announcing for well over a decade. He's not going to help what will be an awful match better.

3/30 Impact Wrestling Report

We open in the background with Josh Matthews complaining to Dirty Dutch and Bruce Pritchard. Dutch asks everyone at the table if they’re all in agreement, and then a bunch of Matthews being a creeper. Karen Jarrett comes in and says she needs one of them to find Sienna for her. She leaves, and Matthews and Borash start fighting. Pritchard says they’ll make changes to the announce booth. Borash says they should replace him with his wife; he’s not even the best announcer in his family.
We see a recap of last week’s return of Karen Jarrett.
There is entirely too much owl in the opening of the show.
In the Impact Zone, Karen Jarrett is making her way to the ring, forcing a bunch of poor kids at ringside to shake her hand. She thanks the Impact Zone, who is chanting “fire Josh!”, and says that she put it on her list “last night,” but says there’s something more pressing. She’s embarrassed and ashamed to even have to talk about this. She says that Maria Kanellis leaving has caused a lot of unprofessional and ugly behavior in the Knockouts locker room. She says that one Knockout in particular has been a bully, and she won’t tolerate that. She tells Sienna to bring her “little finger” down to “her” ring.
Sienna takes her time coming down to the ring. Sienna asks if they have a problem. Karen says she’s been here a short period of time, and doesn’t think she’s heard even one positive thing about her from anybody. Sienna’s behavior, actions, words, won’t be tolerated. So do they have a problem? Sienna wants to know who told her this. Karen says she doesn’t need to give names and doesn’t owe her an explanation. Sienna says she knows who did it; that homewrecker Allie. Karen tells Sienna to step back. Sienna says she got here on her own, not because of who she married. Karen gets in her face and says she doesn’t have a single clue what she did to get there. Karen says she remembers being in Sienna’s position, saying things and doing things she regrets. But she’s going to give Sienna a chance to avoid those same mistakes. She’s going to give Sienna fifteen seconds to apologize. Sienna asks, “Or what?” Karen counts down, gets to 9, but unfamiliar music hits and a big dude in nice clothes comes to the ring.
He grabs Sienna’s mic. He tells Karen to wipe that stupid look off her face, cuz she knows who he is. He says his name is “KM” And that Sienna is his cousin. He demands Karen pay Sienna the respect they deserve. Karen says Sienna doesn’t deserve respect, but KM tells her to shut up. He says Karen has fifteen seconds to apologize to his entire family. Karen backs out of the ring, but Braxton and Allie hit the ring and Braxton attacks KM from behind and lays him out! Sienna bails, Allie rolls in, and they stand tall. Karen says if KM wants to come in her and talk to her like that, it seems Sienna’s behavior runs in the family tree. She says that KM will face Braxton Sutter tonight.
Tonight’s main event will crown new Tag Team Champions. I guess I was wrong last week, and that those tag matches were just exhibition matches. The Championship match will be a fatal four-way. The Impact Grand Championship will also be defended. Up next, DJZ faces Andrew Everett.
— Commercial break —
We get another #MakeImpactGreat vingette highlighting the X-Division. They basically all say they’re all suicidal maniacs that are gonna kill themselves in the ring (or flying to the outside of it.)
DJZ is hitting the ring as we return to the Impact Zone. Everett heads to the ring and the crowd is solidly cheering for him.

DJZ vs. Andrew Everett

They circle and tie-up, DJZ with an arm bark, transitions to a headlock, Everett shoves him off and DJZ with a shoulder tackle. Leap frogs, Everett with an unorthodoz hurricanrana sends DJZ out. DJZ back in and they do a flippy stand-off. Tie-in but DJZ kicks Everett in the gut, tosses him to the apron, and Everett springboards in, whiffs, and DJZ with a springboard headscissors but Everett lands on his feet. DJZ tosses Everett out, hits the farside ropes, takes to the sky, and connects with the seated senton!
DJZ rolls Everett into the ring, up on the apron and then the top rope, crossbody from DJZ, covers; one, two—kickout!
Armwrench from DJZ and he attacks Everett. Front facelock, up for a vertical suplex, Everett slides off, schoolboy; one, two—kickout.
Kick to the guy from Everett, they trade blows, Everett getting the better of Z, hits the ropes, DJZ lays Everett out with a lariat. Everett in the corner and DJZ stomps, tosses Everett to the corner, Everett up the ropes and dropkicks DJZ into the corner. DJZ ut of the corner and elbowed down by Everett. Everett with an enzuigiri, but DJZ gets him in the corner. Overhead kick from Everett! Everett hits the top turnbuckle, moonsault, DJZ gets the boots up! DJZ charges for the ZDT—Everett rolls DJZ up! One, two, three!

Winner by pinfall: Andrew Everett (Small Package)

Gregory Shane Helms and X-Division Champion Trevor Lee hit the Imapct Zone. Shane says that was a big win. And we all know that winning just isn’t something he isn’t used to. It’s his big streak; one win in a row. But it takes more than one win to get a shot at the X-Division Championship. But, because he’s the generous man that he is, he’s going to give Everett a shot. Opportunity will be knocking. Josh Matthews complains about Millennials, as if he wasn’t born in the 80’s.
Up next, Rosemary will have a “Knockouts Burial Ceremony”.

— Commercial break —
Borash is in the ring, and welcomes Knockouts Champion Rosemary to the ring. Matthews would like Da Pope to leave, too. Matthews continues to complain, and Matthews says that somehow, the United States Constitution will ensure he stays at the booth. Borash says that Rosemary’s has been one of the most dominant Knockouts Championship reigns in history. Rosemary says some cryptic Bray Wyatt stuff and says they’ve retired Gail Kim, ruined Sienna, destroyed Brandi’s life and Jade’s soul, so everyone else better just stay in the back. ODB comes to the ring! Rosemary is seething.
ODB introduces herself as a “four-time knocked-up champ,” and an original Knockout. ROsemary wouldn’t be standing in this ring if it wasn’t for girls like ODB. She toasts Rosemary as Champion. But soon, she’ll be cheersing to herself when she becomes a five-time knocked-up champ. Rosemary says she may consider herself worthy, but the hive disagrees. Brandi, Rebel, Madison Rayne, Diamanté, and more are coming to the ring. Rosemary gets backed up into the ring. Madison Rayne grabs Borash’s mic and says she doesn’t know who most of the others are, and says that she deserves the shot after saying that Borash talks too much. Brandi says she’s still here, despite Rosemary’s mind games. Diamanté says she came her to fight. Rosemary shoves her into Madison Rayne and bails as the ring explodes into chaos! ODB is in pursuit outside the ring, though, and throws her up the ramp as we see fighting in the ring.

— Commercial break —
At the booth, Mathews talks about the chaos with the Knockouts as Borash is taking a picture of a fan with a “Fire Josh Matthews” sign. Mathews calls Borash a mark and a slapnuts. They keep talking about three minutes too long. Da Pope looks about as interested in this as I do, but they keep talking.
EC3 is making his way to the ring. Mathews keeps talking. Carter grabs a mic and thanks the Impact Zone. Carter says he’s here for one thing; to say he’s sorry. He wants to apologize to Karen Jarrett for losing his cool and saying some things he didn’t mean. He looks forward to making Impact great with her. Impact is changing, and he must change along with it. He needs to refocus, rebrand, come back, and do what he does best; beat everybody. He needs to be the guy that is unbreakable, undefeated. He needs to be the real EC3. Twice upon a time he was the World Heavyweight Champion, like someone that might be phenomenal, “It”, or like their current Champion. He will become an EC3-time World Heavyweight Champion.
James Storm makes his way to the Impact Zone, wearing the DCC suit and a ball cap. He says his ears must not be working the way they used to. Did EC3 say his name? No? Oh. Huh. He was back there and didn’t hear his name, and wants to know why. Carter says there was no disrespect; he was just referring to multi-time World Champions. Storm says he respects EC3, that nobody has done what he’s done, that he’s held it down. But his hands built this son of a bitch. He was on the first pay-per-view fifteen years ago. EC3 was in high school. When they came to Orlando, he was on that show. Where was Carter? Probably fratting it up. Storm says he saw Elix Skipper walk across a fifteen foot tall steel cage. He was part of a tag team, drinking a lot of beer and making a lot of money. Where was he? Carter says he was drinking a lot of beer and spending a lot of money. Storm laughs and says that was a good answer. Storm says they both want to be Impact World Champion. If anyone deserves a last go-around, a last ride, a last call, it’s James Storm. Carter says he couldn’t agree more, but, this decision is beyond them. He says the decision shouldn’t be made by Dutch or Pritchard, the guys in the back, but the Impact Zone. They both exit the ring and play to the crowd. They both get back in, and Carter says it might be his last call, but he knows that the Zone will make the right call. They shake hands.
We get a video package for Laredo Kid and Garza Jr. They’ll challenge for the Tag Team Championships tonight.

— Commercial break —
We get a package of Reno Scum. They said they’ve made big statements, beating the DCC and Decay. They’ll be in tonight’s main event for the World Tag Team Championships.
We then get a video package going over the feud between Cody and Moose.
Cody will make his way to the ring with Brandi Rhodes, who doesn’t look the happiest to be there. She’s not wearing her ring gear, though. Guess she made a quick change. Moose heads straight to the ring with little fanfare. Cody bothers the judges at ringside.

3.28 WWE 205 Live Report

- We kick off the show by taking a look at the Neville and Aries interaction from last night at RAW.

- Phillips and Graves on the call again tonight. They hype tonight's card including the aforementioned Kendrick vs. Tozawa.
Rich Swann vs. Ariya Daivari
It is announced that the other half of Dar-vari, Noam Dar, was injured in his match with Austin Aries last night, so Daivari is the replacement for tonight's match. Slow play out of the gate, trading holds. Pace picks up with an elongated whip exchange. Swann with the flip over Daivari and a drop kick. Ariya ducks a baseball slide and sends Swann into the announce table head first. Adding insult to injury, Swann gets sent face first into the LED ring post. Daivari continues to work Swann over until a big clothesline. Near fall. Chin lock applied to the former champ. Crowd helps him fight out but promptly gets sent into two different turnbuckles with some solid force. Daivari can fly, and tries to do so with a frog splash. The pool is empty and Swann regains momentum. Swann with kicks and a modified driver for a near fall. Almost a ref bump as Daivari sends Swann to the corner. Daivari applies the Cobra Clutch and transitions into a jumping neck breaker. Near a 3 count, but no dice. Frog splash hits its mark this time, but Swann kicks out. Daivari heads up top, but Swann takes him down with his trademark jumping rana. Phoenix Splash finishes the job for the win. Fun match.
Winner via Pinfall: Rich Swann
- Backstage with Alicia Fox. She says Dar is hurt and will be back soon. Swann interrupts and says he personally hopes Dar gets well soon. Another delivery man finds Foxy, and inside the box is some nice perfume. Fox sprays it all over and freshens her breath for good measure.
- Senator Drew Gulak talking with Mustafa Ali. Gulak says Ali's ability has put him on the map, but is it the right map? Ali says his move set makes the crowd react and it feels good. Gulak goes on his rant as Ali heads to the ring and is done listening.
Mustafa Ali vs. Brandon Scott

Let the showcase commence. Ali hits all the high notes as soon as the bell rings. The referee backs Ali up. Upon return, Scott trips him up into the ropes. Scott issues a huge clothesline for a two count. Scott with a diving punch that comes up empty. Ali creates some space and goes high risk once again. A bevy of kicks find their mark. Roll-thru neck breaker takes Scott down. Inverted 450 gets the win.
Winner via Pinfall: Mustafa Ali
Akira Tozawa vs. Brian Kendrick
Tozawa out with a bang. Kick sends Kendrick outside, followed by the headbutt dive. Back inside and a lofty senton gets a near fall. Tozawa fakes a shot, waits for Kendrick to uncover, and hits a straight right. Tozawa slips out of the Captain's Hook and adds another dive to the repertoire. Tozawa's mouthpiece comes into play as Kendrick uses a drop toe hold to send the student face first into the steel ramp. The momentum has official shifted to the veteran. Suplex from the apron to Tozawa as the crowd gets behind the Japanese star. Kendrick tries a myriad of submissions, unable to lock in the Captain's Hook. Tozawa makes the ropes. Another shot leads to a cover and two count. Kendrick playing dirty pool now as he goes for the nostrils and other odd body parts. Tozawa finally fights out, whip, elbow from Kendrick. Tozawa reverses with a Shining Wizard, but doesn't get all of it. Covers anyway for a two. Pump kick from Tozawa. Sliced Bread #2 out of nowhere from Kendrick, long two count. Captain's Hook locked in once again. Kendrick drapes Tozawa up top and joins him looking for his finisher amplified. Kendrick removes the turnbuckle pad even though Tozawa gets the best of the exchange. Tozawa tries to fire himself up, goes for a corner attack, and is met with a bare top turnbuckle. Kendrick rolls him up for the win.
Winner via Pinfall: Brian Kendrick
- After the match, Kendrick delivers lesson #9: "anything and everything can be used as a weapon."

- WWE Cruiserweight Champion Neville comes to the ring. He says he's at a crossroads and at a time of reflection of his life and career. He says he hasn't had it easy. He goes over his injury last year and his comeback to 205 Live and says he's carried the brand. He calls Aries a commentary clown and says the universe would rather cheer Aries than himself. He throws it to footage of 205 Live without Neville. It's a black screen. Well played. Enter Austin Aries.
Aries says there's a difference between he and Neville. He says Neville makes excuses to make himself feel good. Aries goes on to put Neville over, but says he's that much better. He says he adds humor and wit to make things fun so he's not miserable like Neville. Aries says he and Neville are alike as well. They both had to work hard to get where they are and prove people wrong, which gives them both egos. Aries says it doesn't matter where they are on the card, they can both tear the house down, and that's what they'll do at WrestleMania. Aries says Neville knows exactly who he is and will take the championship. The feel good story ends there. Neville decks Aries and leaves him laying. Neville thinks about leaving, but has another idea. Aries hits Neville with a mic and locks in the Last Chancery. Neville slips out and hightails it up the ramp as we head off the air.

3/28 WWE Smackdown Report

The final WWE SmackDown before WrestleMania 33 kicks off with SmackDown General Manager Daniel Bryan coming to the ring to a pop.
- We're live from Richmond, Virginia with Tom Phillips, David Otunga and JBL. Mauro Ranallo is off for the third straight week. They did not mention him this time.
- Bryan enters the ring for the WrestleMania 33 contract signing between AJ Styles and Shane McMahon but fans chant Bryan's name. Bryan asks if we're ready for WrestleMania and a "yes!" chant starts. Bryan introduces Shane and out comes the SmackDown Commissioner.
Fans chant for AJ Styles next. Bryan makes the introduction and out comes AJ as Shane looks on. Shane is still sporting a shiner from earlier this month. They take their seats at the table. Shane talks about the vision he and Bryan had for SmackDown when they started leading the brand. He says AJ has been a part of that vision and will still be a part, no matter what happens at WrestleMania. Shane praises AJ's in-ring skills and says he truly is phenomenal. AJ agrees and says yeah, he is pretty phenomenal. Shane goes on about how AJ got himself to the WWE Title but something was happening to AJ and not in a good way - his ego was getting too big and he became arrogant. Shane says it was AJ's arrogance that caused him to lose the WWE Title.
Shane says AJ's ego couldn't handle the fact that he wasn't scheduled for WrestleMania, so he made his own opportunity at Shane's expense. Shane says no matter who he's been in the ring with, he makes the other person reach deep down. Shane says if AJ doesn't give him his best, he won't feel real phenomenal when Shane's hand is raised on Sunday. Shane drops the mic and signs the contract. AJ also signs the contract. AJ asks Shane if he's ready for this match. It won't be Hell In a Cell or Falls Count Anywhere. It's a match where you lose if you're out of the ring for 10 seconds. No weapons and if you use them you'll be disqualified. AJ says this is a traditional match and he's not sure if Shane has ever been in one but when he enters the ring with AJ, he enters the world of AJ Styles. AJ says this is his home and this is what he does. He is untouchable between these ropes. AJ says they will wrestle, throw hands and take it to the air if Shane wants to but AJ will embarrass Shane on every level.
AJ goes over some of Shane's biggest opponents but says he's never been in the ring with someone like AJ Styles. AJ says he is the all-around best performer to ever step foot in a WWE ring and at WrestleMania, Shane is going to find out how phenomenal AJ really is. AJ signs again or finishes his first signing. They face off and AJ pushes the table out of the way. Bryan gets in between them. Bryan tells them to calm down and wants to seal the deal with a handshake. Fans boo and a "no!" chant starts. Shane offers his hand. AJ refuses and walks out of the ring to more boos. AJ talks some trash as his music hits and he backs up the ramp while Shane approves the contract and looks on.
- Still to come, Harper vs. Wyatt and the "lost finale" of Total Bellas from The Miz and Maryse. We see Carmella and Becky Lynch walking backstage. We go to commercial.
Becky Lynch vs. Carmella

Back and forth to start. Carmella takes control. Mickie and Bliss get into it several minutes into the match at ringside. Their fight makes it into the ring as Mickie mounts Bliss with rights. Carmella and Becky get involved as the referee calls for the bell. Becky suplexes Carmella. Mickie hits a Mick Kick on Bliss. Becky and Mickie face off. Mickie points to the WrestleMania 33 sign as we go to commercial.

Mickie tags in and goes to the top but Bliss retreats and tags in Carmella. Carmella and Bliss get into it. Mickie comes in and goes to work on Carmella. Mickie ends up kicking Bliss off the apron but Carmella takes advantage and drops Mickie.
It comes down to Bliss keeping Mickie in control now. Bliss fights off Mickie until Natalya's music interrupts and out she comes. We go to commercial.
Back from the break and Natalya is on commentary. The finish sees Ellsworth trip Becky, allowing Carmella to get the pin.
Winners: Carmella and Alexa Bliss
- After the match, Natalya hits the ring and attacks Becky. Carmella and Bliss double team Mickie, sending her out of the ring. The music hits and out comes Naomi for her big return. Back from the break and Miz leads us to the rest of the parody. The fake Cena turns down the fake Nikki because getting married would hurt his brand. We go back to the ring with Miz and Maryse. The music hits before Miz can speak and out comes John Cena with Nikki Bella. They kiss on the stage before Cena rushes to the ringside area. Cena says Miz nailed it making fun of Cena's house rules and some of the other stuff. Cena says Miz really nailed home how they're not married, because they're... not married. Cena says this was some of the best stuff Miz has done in WWE. But then the jokes ended and Miz started acting like Miz. Cena says they don't have a problem with the Total Bellas spoof but they do have a problem with Miz and Maryse because they believe the stuff they're saying. Cena rips on Maryse for thinking Nikki stopped her from coming back. Cena says Maryse did nothing when she was in WWE before and if you don't believe him, look on the WWE Network and you'll see nothing for the Best of Maryse.

Cena goes on about Miz's claims of Cena using WWE to get to Hollywood. Cena says he's more brand-loyal than Vince McMahon. Cena says he's going to make a movie but he's coming back. Others have done this, like Sheamus, Seth Rollins, Randy Orton and others, including The Miz. Cena goes on about The Miz and says at least he's done something, what about Maryse? Cena reminds her that there is a women's revolution going on right now. Cena says she shows up every week and steals a paycheck. He calls her a waste of space. Cena says the only reason Maryse is back is because Miz begged WWE to re-hire her so he could be on Total Divas. Cena says Miz is using Maryse to get on Total Divas. Cena points out how long they've been married with no kids. Cena wonders if Miz is firing blanks. Fans pop.

Cena goes on before taking off his shirt for a fight. Cena stands in front of Miz as the man Miz knows will crush him at WrestleMania. Cena says he and Nikki are not in for the fight of their lives, they are going to destroy Miz and Maryse at WrestleMania. Cena says Miz has been in WWE for 10 years but still doesn't understand you have to walk tough if you're going to talk tough. Cena calls Miz a "p---y" and goes on about how he and Maryse are cowards. Cena says they aren't the "It Couple," they're the "Shhh... it Couple" now. Cena rallies for a fight and dares Miz to prove him wrong and swing. Cena goes on and says Maryse is frozen in her tracks because she knows Nikki will knock the Botox out of her cheeks. Cena asks the fans if they want to see this. The two couples face off in the middle of the ring. Miz and Maryse back down to leave the ring as fans boo. They head up the ramp but turn back around. Miz looks to enter the ring but Maryse stops him. Miz hesitates but leaves with Maryse as the boos pick back up. Cena makes another joke about firing blanks. - Back from the break and the announcers go over the WrestleMania 33 card.

Bray Wyatt vs. Luke Harper
We go to the ring and out comes WWE Champion Bray Wyatt for this non-title match. We get a replay of Wyatt's message to WrestleMania 33 opponent Randy Orton from last week. We go to commercial after Wyatt's entrance.

- After the match, Wyatt takes the title as we get replays. Wyatt sits on his knees in the middle of the ring as his music plays. Wyatt raises the WWE Title until a creepy music hits and Randy Orton appears on the big screen. Orton is at the same place where he burned down Wyatt's compound a few weeks ago, destroying Sister Abigail. Orton sends a warning to Wyatt and has a crucifix stake to drive into the remains of Sister Abigail. Orton says this will end her and seal Wyatt's fate. Orton says he's coming for Wyatt and the WWE Title at WrestleMania, and nothing will stand in his way. There's an explosion from the crucifix as SmackDown goes off the air.

WWE star Paige issued the following statement on Twitter addressing private video and photographs of her leaking on Twitter last week.
As reported earlier, current Impact Wrestling and former WWE star Alberto El Patron (Alberto Del Rio) announced he was pulling out of a scheduled appearance in Orlando this week for WrestleCon to be with Paige and support her at this time.
In her statement, Paige talks about making a huge mistake and putting trust into the hands of someone who “took advantage of a young girl years ago.” She noted the support she received from her soon to be husband Alberto El Patron and her family.
“Not only was I victim of a viral humiliation but a victim of cyber bullying. My mistake could help people’s future. Think. Before you act.”

3/27 WWE Raw Report

We're live from Philadelphia with Michael Cole, Corey Graves and Byron Saxton. They hype tonight's WrestleMania 33 go-home edition of RAW.
- We go right to the ring and out comes RAW Women's Champion Bayley. She's hype for WrestleMania and talks about her title defense now being an Elimination Match. The music interrupts and out comes Charlotte Flair with a mic.

Charlotte rants on how Bayley will leave WrestleMania with nothing - no title, no friends and no future. Charlotte goes on until Sasha interrupts next. She works the mic before a minute before Nia Jax interrupts next. She mocks them for their high school drama and how they trade the title back and forth. She calls them pathetic. Nia says the title will have a permanent home after Sunday when she eliminates everyone. Charlotte talks more trash until Sasha decks her and a brawl breaks out. We go to commercial.

- We get a quick look at the Seth Rollins - Triple H feud for WrestleMania 33. Will Rollins be here tonight and is he willing to sign the "Hold Harmless Agreement" in order to fight on Sunday? Back to commercial.
- Back from the break and the announcers plug the 2017 WWE Hall of Fame red carpet pre-show and induction ceremony for this weekend. The one-hour encore presentation will air on the USA Network next week.
- We get a look at Stephanie McMahon firing Mick Foley from his job as RAW General Manager last week. Charly Caruso is backstage with Sami Zayn. She asks him how it feels with his mentor Foley gone. It's been a rough week and feels different without Foley's presence but Sami believes they need to keep pushing on in his honor. Sami announces that he will be in the Andre the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 33. He knows Foley will be watching at home, so he dedicates the match to Foley. Stephanie appears and agrees with Sami - things are different now. Sami says you have to earn your way under her rule now. She says she wants the Andre trophy on RAW so she needs the best of the best. She makes Sami vs. Kevin Owens in a No DQ match for tonight. If Sami wins, he gets the battle royal spot but if he can't get the job done, he will join Foley in the unemployment line and be fired.

- Back from the break and we get another shot of The Undertaker walking through the cemetery. Cole wonders if he's digging a new grave for Roman Reigns.

- We go to the ring and out comes Seth Rollins with a crutch. The ring is set up for a contract signing. Rollins looks up at the WrestleMania 33 banner and fans pop. Rollins calls Triple H to the ring to get this done.
The music hits and out comes Triple H. Triple H warns Rollins before entering the ring - if Rollins attacks, he will defend himself and it won't end well for Rollins. Also, if Rollins attacks before the contract is signed, the match is off. Triple H says Rollins will sit and listen, and get his match. Rollins says he's listened to Triple H for long enough, get in the ring with the contract. Triple H enters and tells Rollins to sit down. Rollins won't sit. Triple H says fine, the match is off. He leaves the ring and Rollins takes a seat. Triple H calls him a good boy.
Triple H talks about how Rollins gives up all his rights with this contract - he can't sue Triple H, Stephanie McMahon, the company or anyone else. Rollins gets it, he just wants Triple H to sign. Triple H runs Rollins down and says the "Ultimate Thrill Ride" may just take him back to Birmingham. Maybe Rollins can get cleared enough to go back to wrestling in front of a few fans at armories. Triple H goes on and guarantees that Rollins won't walk out of WrestleMania. Rollins looks over the contract. He says what Triple H just said is the same line of crap he bought into three years ago but this isn't three years ago.
Rollins has had a lot of time to think while doing rehab and he realized he really liked himself before joining up with Triple H. Rollins wasn't bothered by working armories for a handshake and a hot dog because he loves the business. It's not about fame, money or power, not even about one match at WrestleMania. This is about redemption, not revenge - redemption. Rollins gave up everything he ever had to stand next to Triple H and for what? Show ends up getting knocked over the top rope after Curtis Axel, Goldust and R-Truth join the group and tip him over the top.

Show's music hits and it looks like he's leaving when Braun Strowman makes his entrance. Strowman speaks from the stage and says if he wanted to, he'd come kick Show's ass right now but that's what everyone wants to see him do. Strowman does what he wants and that's why we will have to wait until WrestleMania. Show yells at him to come take an ass-kicking but Braun just smirks and stares at him. - Roman Reigns is shown walking backstage. Back to commercial.
- Still to come, Goldberg and Lesnar are here.
- We go to the ring and out comes Roman Reigns to a loud, mixed reaction.
Fans boo as Reigns mention wining the Royal Rumble in Philly a few years back, then going on to main event WrestleMania twice. He thought that was the biggest moment of his career but he was wrong because this year he's facing The Undertaker and that's the biggest. Reigns says he's going to do what no man has done before him - put Taker down. Reigns says this with all due respect - he doesn't care if you're Bill Goldberg, Brock Lesnar or John Cena. Fans chant for Taker. Reigns says he definitely doesn't give a damn about what Taker thinks because this is his house now, his arena now and this is his yard. The gong hits as fans pop.

We cut to Taker at the cemetery with the shovel. He says Reigns has made a mistake because that ring is Taker's yard and this grave will be Reigns' yard. Taker says the Roman Empire will fall at WrestleMania and the "Ultimate Thrill Ride" will be Reigns' last ride. We see a custom tombstone with Reigns' name and April 2nd, 2017 on it. Taker advises Reigns to live each day as if it's last because soon it will be. Taker tosses dirt as he talks. At WrestleMania, Reigns will... the gong hits in the arena again.
The lights come on in the arena and Reigns turns around to Taker standing in the ring, staring him down. Reigns stares back. As Taker was saying, at WrestleMania... Reigns will Rest. In. Peace. - Charly is backstage with Kevin Owens. She mentions tonight's No DQ match against Sami Zayn and Sunday's match against WWE United States Champion Chris Jericho. Owens yells at her and starts in on Jericho. Owens ripped up The List of Jericho last week and will tear Sami apart the same way tonight. Owens says he will take Sami's career away from him tonight, just like Jericho took the Universal Title from Owens. He says that's alright because at KO-Mania 2 on Sunday, he's not just getting even with Jericho and taking the title, he's turning the "Ultimate Thrill Ride" into Jericho's ultimate demise.

Heyman goes on and talks about Lesnar and the WWE Universal Title - he wants it, he needs it, he lusts after it. He continues and says Goldberg is the man but this is The Beast and he's going to chew Goldberg up and spit him out on Sunday. Bad things happen to legit badasses when they get into the ring with Lesnar. Heyman says Goldberg is going to Suplex City on Sunday and he won't be checking out.

The Goldberg chants try to start again. Heyman says we've just heard the last Goldberg chant on a Monday Night RAW. He says WrestleMania should be renamed "WrestleMania 33: Death of a Superhero"... and his client does not fear the Spear but Goldberg cannot survive the F5. The music hits and we see WWE Universal Champion Bill Goldberg walking to the ring from the back. He's alone, no escort around him. Lesnar bounces around in the ring and waits for a fight. Goldberg makes his way out as the pyro goes off.
Goldberg takes the mic on the stage. He says people did not come here to hear them talk, they came to see a fight.
