We are back and Damien Sandow is in the ring. He talks about how he attempted to teachSheamus and the unwashed masses of the WWE Universe a lesson. That lesson was physical strength is not now nor ever will be superior to mental strength. This left the Irish brute dumbfounded. Much like 25 years ago when Edmonton gave away Wayne Gretzky for nothing. He says that when it comes to intelligence, he is the great one.
Damien demands SILENCE. To further illustrate his point, he has a simple challenge. He has three containers and he says that it was referred to as thimblery. It might be known to you as ‘The Shell Game’. He has three cups and a ball. He places the ball under one of the cups and he rearranges the ball. Anyone with common sense will know where the ball is located.
Damien says that he is surrounded by simple minds . . .
And Sheamus’ music plays and he comes out. He says that Damo couldn’t leave well enough alone. After last week’s knot puzzle, Damien should have walked away. Now he is out playing with his cups and tiny balls. He says that Damien is annoying everyone so he will defeat him at his own game.
Damien asks Sheamus if he would like to take part in the challenge and Sheamus accepts.
Damien tells Sheamus to choose wisely. Sheamus picks the wrong cup and Damien wonders why he is not surprised. He says that Sheamus’ idiot license is good for another year. Damien says that he will ‘dimwitify’ the game. Two cups . . . one ball.
Sheamus picks the wrong cup again and Sheamus has proven himself incompetent again. Damien says that the challenge is over, but Sheamus interrupts.

Sheamus takes the cup while the crowd wants Damien to ‘Show his balls’.
Damien wants to know if there is one adult in the crowd tonight. He tells Sheamus he does not want to embarrass himself.
Sheamus lifts the cup and there is no ball.
Sheamus says that if Sandow is the intellectual savior of the masses, how did he get caught cheating. Sheamus has a poem and it ends with a Brogue Kick to Sandow.
Sheamus tells everyone ‘You’re Welcome’
We go to commercial with Paul Heyman and Curtis Axel walking in the back.
We are back and Paul Heyman introduces himself and he says that there are people in theWWE who insinuate that if he is lying, you need to see if his lips are moving. He calls them comedic geniuses. When he speaks about his clients, he always tells the truth.
The fact that what his client Curtis Axel has accomplished in his first two weeks as a Paul Heyman guy is unprecedented. Since this audience has no appreciation for his integrity, he will let Curtis Axel pontificate about his accomplishments himself.
Curtis says that Triple H and John Cena have combined for 26 Championships, but against Curtis Axel, they are 0 and 2. Triple H was beaten so bad that he could not continue, that is tantamount to a submission. John Cena was so afraid that he got intentionally counted out.
No one has made the same initial impact as he did. When you are a Paul Heyman guy, life is . . . PERFECT.

Impact Wrestling kicks off with highlights from last week and then the camera cuts to the back where Bully Ray is rallying the troops. He says the order of business for Aces & Eights tonight is AJ Styles and nothing else. D-Lo tells Mr. Anderson that he thought his idea to get AJ in the club would work and he’s sorry it didn’t work out. Bully seems pissed by this and stares D-Lo down and then Anderson before walking away. As D-Lo starts to walk away Anderson slams him into the wall and then beats him down! Anderson spits his gum on D-Lo and then walks away with the rest of Aces & Eights.
Team 3D make their way down to the ring and this is probably the first time those two have been in the ring together, both with gold and it not be a Tag Team Championship. Bully Ray says there are 3 days until Slammiversary when Devon will take out Joseph Park for good and Bully will defend his belt against Sting. Ray says Sting named the No Holds Barred stipulation and he asks if Sting really gave that thought. He says Sting is going to try and break his bones, poke out his eyes, or rip out his throat but it doesn’t matter. Bully says he isn’t taking anything away from Sting because he has beaten some of the greatest World Champions to become an “Icon.” Bully namedrops some of the people Sting has beat for World Titles including Ric Flair, Hulk Hogan, Kurt Angle, and even Jeff Hardy. Ray mockingly says everyone loves Jeff Hardy and then says Ray didn’t just beat Hardy for the World Title, he took him out. Ray says he made sure the fans would never see him again. He says that he can’t wait for Slammiversary to make sure Sting never gets another shot at the World Title again, but for now he’ll just be patient. He says he doesn’t want to wait for the match with Sting & Park though so they need to get out to the ring and fight now!
Team 3D (Bully Ray & Devon) vs. “The Icon” Sting & Joseph Park
Sting & Park hit the ring and immediately Ray dumps Park out to the floor while Sting tosses Devon out as well. Sting slams Devon into the guardrail as Ray fights back at Ray! Devon tags in and then they attempt a Double Clothesline, but Park ducks and they hit each other! Sting tags in and hits clotheslines and right hands on both Devon & Ray! Sting dropkicks Devon into Bully Ray and then kicks Devon’s legs out from under him! Sting puts Devon in the Scorpion Death Lock! Ray attempts to break it up but Park trips him and tries to put Ray in the Scorpion as well, but Sting tries to yell at him to get out of the ring. Ray kicks Park into Sting as Park was struggling to figure out how to put the Scorpion on him. Park goes flying out of the ring and then 3D whip Sting into the corner. Sting explodes out of the corner with a Double Clothesline and then a Stinger Splash on Devon! Stinger Splash attempt on Ray but he moves and they hit the Reverse 3D on Sting! ----COMMERCIAL BREAK----
A great video package announcing the location for Bound for Glory is shown with several of TNA’s wrestlers saying why they will steal the show. San Diego, CA will be the home to the 2013 BFG!
Clips of Mickie’s win last week are shown and then she comes out for her title celebration. That skirt Mickie is wearing has to be the shortest skirt in the history of skirts…I’m not complaining either. Mickie says it feels good to be champ and she just wanted to come out and thank the fans that have supported her. She says this year has been a crazy year for her with her album coming out and now the Knockouts Title. She holds up the belt and says it’s been almost 2 years since she’s held that belt. Mickie says it’s not fair because she deserves the belt so she would like to address that situation right now. Mickie calls out her “dear friend” Velvet Sky.
Velvet comes down to the ring with her knee taped up. Velvet’s skirt is definitely competing with Mickie’s for that “Shortest Ever Title.” Mickie says there has been some negativity towards her because she came to Velvet BEFORE the match to make sure that she wanted to do the match or wait. Mickie says Velvet said “yes” to the match and that’s why she loves her because she was a fighting champion. Mickie says it was sad because Velvet’s knee “went out” and then Mickie won the belt, she sounds extremely condescending during this entire thing.
Velvet takes the microphone and says she can’t tell her what all the support from Mickie & the fans mean to her. Velvet says business is business and she wants her rematch and Mickie says she can have it anytime she wants, but they should wait until she’s healthy. Velvet says she would like her rematch at Slammiversary and Mickie says she would LOVE to do that but Brooke already booked Gail & Terrell at Slammiversary so they can’t have their match. Gail Kim’s music interrupts them.
Gail says she appreciates the love and festivities going on but they need to get one thing straight Mickie would have never won that title without Gail’s help (messing up Velvet’s knee). Gail says she almost destroyed Velvet’s leg and lately she’s been so frustrated to the point that she even took out her own partner Tara. Gail says she’s going to finish what she started and take Terrell out at Slammiversary and make sure that she’s the last Knockout standing. Gail says after that she’s going after what is rightfully hers, the Knockouts Title. Velvet reminds Gail that she’s the first in line for a shot. Gail then kicks Velvet’s knee and drags her to the ring post again, but Terrell runs out and chases her off. Mickie just watched the entire time. Mickie just shrugged as Terrell looked up at her.
