Update on WWE Booking for Ronda Rousey Heading Into WrestleMania 35

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter (via Ringside News) has a report on WWE’s booking plans for Ronda Rousey heading into WrestleMania 35. Per the report, WWE wants Ronda Rousey to be booked as a monster opponent, so she can be seen as more of a threat to Becky Lynch heading into WrestleMania.

Additionally, the idea is that WWE wants Rousey to have the same presence as she did when she first came into the company. As a result, Lynch defeating Rousey at WrestleMania will mean more and come off like a bigger deal.

The report notes that the finish for the match is not set, but Lynch beating Rousey is said to be how plans are unfolding. Apparently, the finish will be based on when Rousey apparently decides to take a break as a full-time WWE Superstar. As previously reported, there doesn’t appear to be a firm date for when Rousey is planning her WWE exit.

Opinionated View- Okay here is the problem you aren't going to be able to get Ronda back to where she was when she came in because she's now been on TV every week. Also you have booked to struggle vs. Nikki Bella and Nia Jax so you took away the aura of being a force.
