C.M. Punk will fight Mickey Gall in his first professional fight. The event is expected to take place at the UFC 199 event in June. Gall earned the right to face Punk by defeating Michael Jackson in 45 seconds on Saturday. Gall improved his pro record to 2-0.
Opinionated View- From the little bit of Gall I have seen he looks good. He famously called out Punk after his pro debut when UFC president Dana White was there for his show looking for a fight. And I've already seen people going "This guys will kill CM Punk." But I'll just say hold on. First by all accounts Punk has been training very hard and earned the respect of trainers and teammates at Roufus Sport. Which is one of the top camps in MMA. Also it's been pointed out Punk has more experience dealing with the kind of attention this fight will get.
