An autopsy confirmed that Axl Rotten (a/k/a Brian Knighton) died from an accidental drug overdose, according to BaltimoreSun.com. Knighton died on February 4 in a McDonald’s restaurant bathroom located in Linthicum, Maryland. He was 44.
