Michael Elgins Signs Two-Year Contract With NJPW

– ProWrestlingSheet.com is reporting that former ROH world champion Michael Elgin has signed a two-year contract with New Japan Pro Wrestling. Per the report, the deal would allow Elgin to still work other bookings outside of Japan, including for Ring of Honor, PWG, and other companies in the US.

Elgin was also in action at last night’s NJPW/ROH Honor Rising event in Tokyo, Japan. He teamed with Hiroshi Tanahashi and Roderick Strong for a six-man tag team match against YOSHI-HASHI, Tomohiro Ishii, and Kazuchika Okada. Elgin’s team won after Elgin pinned HASHI.
