– The WON reports that many people close to Rey Mysterio believe he’ll be back with WWE soon. According to the site, many of Mysterio’s friends believe it is just a matter of time until he leaves Lucha Underground and returns to the company.
The reason is said to be in part due to his money issues with AAA, who are behind on paying him. His situation is described as similar to Alberto Del Rio’s, where both money and creative are causing issues with him. Konnan noted on his podcast that Mysterio was open to the idea of a part-time WWE schedule.
Right now the question is apparently whether he returns before or after the third season takes place. Season three begins production in March and premieres in the fall.
Opinionated View- I'm just going keep laughing as Rey by all accounts thought leaving WWE would be good for him. Also odds are Rey will get hurting walking into the door to film season 3 even if he doesn't leave
