Matt Taven Out of Action For Nine Months

ROHwrestling.com is reporting that Matt Taven will be out of action for around 9 months after undergoing surgery on his left knee on Tuesday in Boston.
Taven suffered an injury to his knee at the Final Battle PPV was diagnosed with a torn ACL, a ruptured lateral meniscus and a torn medial meniscus.
Taven's doctor, Dr. Andreas Gomoll, noted how serious the injury was.
"I have never seen a meniscus rupture this bad in my medical career. It’s totally befuddling to me that he was able to continue the match."

Opinionated View- Taven is a great young talent. Hopefully he can heal and come back stronger. I might be wrong about this but I'm pretty sure by the time he cn come back his contract with ROH will be up if its not already. Of course an injury could change things if anyone was looking to bring him in.
