Wrestlezone reports that former TNA World Champion Austin Aries is backstage at tonight’s NXT TV tapings at the University of Central Florida. There’s no word on if Aries will be used, but Triple H has been teasing a big surprise for the event. Aries was in Pittsburgh earlier this week to have medical testing to be cleared for a WWE signing.
PWInsider has confirmed the news that Austin Aries is backstage at the NXT taping and reports that he is expected to debut tonight. Aries is believed to be in the process of signing with WWE.
Opinionated View- You know I hope the best for him. As I always say its good for wrestling to have guys move around. I just hope WWE see we have a great talent here and don't just stick him in NXT because he should be on the main roster.
