– PWInsider reports that while there are talks between the departing NJPW Bullet Club members and WWE, they are very unlikely to appear at the Royal Rumble. The site notes that none of the talent have signed contracts as of Monday and that it could take a while before they are signed due to medical tests and other pre-contract steps.
As reported earlier today, Shinsuke Nakamura is headed to the WWE Performance Center next month and will train for a few weeks while taking the necessary medical tests. AJ Styles and Doc Gallows are in talks with WWE while Karl Anderson is expected to be once his NJPW deal expires on February 1st.
