WWE has announced that the U.S. Title open challenge will return on tonight's Raw television show.
Opinoinated View- Before anyone goes "Cena is putting guys over." Except Cena doesn't put anyone over. Yeah guys get a rub from it except WWE doesn't run with it. So anyone in an open challenge winds up back where they were before.
