Founded in 1972, NJPW has established itself as the premier wrestling organization in Japan and the second largest and fastest growing wrestling promotion in the world. "There is a strong relationship and influence between professional wrestling and MMA, and with the addition of Josh Barnett and Mauro Ranallo as our commentators, we're confident this new venture will be a crossover hit with wrestling and MMA fans alike."AXS TV's NJPW episodes were produced by and purchased from TV ASAHI CORPORATION.

Opinionated View- First it sounds like they are giving away the main event to the PPV just days later. I don't the announce team Barnett has wrestled before but I don't think he's ever done commentary. Can't say I've ever been a fan of Ranallo and while he has plenty of MMA, Kickboxing, and Boxing experience I don't think he's ever called wrestling ever. But they can't do any worse than I'm sure Ross will on that PPV.
