ROH Contract News Update, Potentially Working with Stardom

According to Pro Wrestliong Sheet, Kyle O’Reilly turned down an offer to re-sign with Ring Of Honor days before Wednesday morning’s appearance at Wrestle Kingdom 11. O’Reilly, who has been working without a contract for the company, said that he wasn’t going to re-sign and wanted to weigh his options.
O’Reilly lost the ROH World Title to Adam Cole at the event, but that was always the plan and his decision not to re-sign didn’t have anything to do with this. His next plans aren’t yet known.

– According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Jay Lethal, Bobby Fish, Hangman Page and Christopher Daniels signed new contracts. Lethal signed a two-year-deal.
– ROH officials expect Kyle O’Reilly and Ray Rowe to leave for WWE, War Machine (Rowe & Hanson) are attempting to stay together as a tag team and make a package deal with ROH, New Japan, the combination of both or WWE
– The belief is Adam Cole (who just won back the ROH title) will be WWE-bound in May.

– According to The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Rossy Ogawa (who runs the Stardom women’s group in Japan) said that they are working on business dealings with ROH. ROH booker Hunter Johnston was at the Stardom show in Tokyo on January 3rd. Stardom is the company with Io Shirai, Mayu Iwatani, Kairi Hojo and Yoko Bito. The deal would likely be part of expanding the Women of Honor project.

Opinionated View- Kyle run man, Run as fast and as far from ROH as you can. Cole same with you man. You are to talented to stay in ROH. Fish and Page should leave as well hopefully they didn't sign for years. Lethal I give up on you man. War Machine you suck just get off TV. And great now the WOH will have to job out to outside talent just like the men.
