Judge dismisses homicide charges against Jimmy Snuka, “time for there to be closure” says Superfly’s defense

Lehigh County Judge Kelly L. Banach has officially dismissed all homicide charges against WWE Hall of Famer Jimmy Snuka on Tuesday according to The Morning Call.

Snuka’s defense attorney Robert Kirwan had filed a motion to end the case, a motion the judge granted finding Snuka “incompetent to stand trial.”

Kirwan argued the prosecution’s case was “doomed from the start” adding, “It was time for there to be closure. The medical evidence showed that he was not getting better, and in fact he’s getting worse.” The ruling means even more frustration for the family of Nancy Argentino whose mysterious death may never be completely solved.

Opinionated View- This is just a tragedy all the way around. If he didn't kill her it means the last year or so his life has seen this get dragged up again. And if he did kill her he got away with it. As I believe the judge said at one point "Justice delayed is justice denied."
