According to The Wrestling Observer (via wrestlezone.com) here is an update on the rumored plans for Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania 32. Two ideas have been pitched for him; the first is for him to serve as special referee for the Roman Reigns vs. Triple H match. There have been reports that WWE was looking to add a referee to the match for weeks. The second idea would see Michaels lead a group of legends to the ring to do the run-in for a yet to be determined match.
Opinionated View- Why do we need to have anything with Michaels at Mania? Between Taker, Triple H, The HOF, Flair, Vince and Shane don't we have enough older guys running around taking up time. And both ideas sound awful if you make Shawn the referee than the whole story becomes about Shawn and Triple H. Reigns has enough trouble as it is.
Let me guess if it winds up being the run in. The match is some younger guy booked as a heel facing another legend. The younger guy "disrespects" the legends. Than the young get is made to look awful as he get beat up by the AARP club.
