TNA Impact Wrestling TV Taping Results From 3/17 *Spoilers*



The following results are tonight’s TNA Impact Wrestling TV taping results being recorded at Universal Studios in Orlando, Florida:
Jeff Hardy defeated Eric Young in Six Sides of Steel
– One big spot featured Jeff hit a Swanton off the top of the cage on EY through a table
Jeremy Borash is shown in the ring for a promo segment called “The Final Word.” Matt Hardy, Tyrus, Rockstar Spud and his group are in the ring with JB and Drew Galloway. They all talk about Matt getting a title rematch, but Tyrus brings up his title shot for winning “Bound For Gold”, and says he can cash in anytime, including tonight.

Lashley defeated The Pope in a no disqualification match
– Lashley got the upper hand and later won after attacking Pope during his entrance

Ethan Carter III challenges Mike Bennett to a match

Gregory Shane Helms and Trevor Lee are in the ring and call out Eddie Edwards, attempting to recruit him to the group. Eddie says he can succeed on his own, then Beer Money and The Decay get involved. The Decay threatens Beer Money, and it ends with everyone brawling.


TNA Knockouts ChampionshipJade defeated Madison Rayne and Gail Kim to become new champion– Maria ran interference, setting up the win for Jade, who pinned Gail.

TNA World Heavyweight Championship
Drew Galloway defeated Matt Hardy to retain

Additional matches were taped, possibly for a future One Night Only event:
Robbie E and Jessie Godderz defeated Tom LaRuffa and Pierre Marceau
– La Ruffa and Marceau were formerly known as Sylvestor LeFort and Marcus Louis of NXT
James Storm defeated Bram 
Pepper Parks (w/ Laura Dennis / Cherry Bomb) issued an open challenge, met by Bobby Roode
Bobby Roode defeated Pepper Parks 
Trevor Lee defeated Eddie Edwards 
Chris Melendez defeated Beauregarde
