Ring of Honor announced on Monday that Hirooki Goto will appear on the 14th Anniversary pay-per-view event and the next night’s television taping. The pay-per-view television event will be held on February 26 and the television taping is on February 27. Both events will be held at Sam’s Town Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada.
