Troy Rivers filed a lawsuit in which he claims that he was hit with a chairshot to the head while working as a security guard at a WWE event. Rivers was working a show in Savannah, Georgia when he claims he was struck. "Suddenly, and with no warning whatsoever... struck about the head, neck, and back by a folding chair." Rivers believes Dean Ambrose (a/k/a Jonathan Good) swung the chair. However, his attorney said that's unclear.
"We haven't reviewed the video from the event yet, so we're bringing in everyone on the card that night," Rivers' attorney, Kevin Elwell, told Courthouse News. "Only one guy did it, but we don't know which one yet." This, the lawsuit lists John Cena, Seth Rollins, Ryback, Kane, Daniel Bryan, R-Truth, and other wrestlers who worked the show as defendants.
