The TNA contract of Austin Aries will reportedly expire very soon. It’s unknown at this time if Aries will re-sign with the company. TNA has not advertised him for the Maximum Impact tour of the UK in 2015, which could be a sign that he will be done with the company when his contract expires.
Opinionated View- Fingers are crossed Aries stays but I'm also not going to stress out over this.
