As we reported on Tuesday, The Wrestling Observer claimed that the Seth Rollins heel turn was in the works for about a month. Then we reported yesterday that according to PWInsider, the turn was not written into the RAW script.
While the latter could still be true, it appears as though The Observer (via Wrestlezone) is now reporting that the heel turn was decided on just before the Payback PPV on Sunday afternoon. Vince McMahon made the decision as a reaction to the poor RAW rating the week before on Memorial Day.
