Last week, LASHLEY shocked the world (and Eric Young) when he conquered the former champion and became the NEW TNA World Heavyweight Champion. IMPACTWrestling.com has learned that LASHLEY and Team MVP have a major celebration planned for this week's show - and why shouldn't they, really? With Lashley as our new champion, and MVP running the show, it seems that this trio has all the power in TNA.
What remains to be seen is how Eric Young will react to his defeat and what is next between Young and Lashley. Also, there is a big question mark regarding Bobby Roode. The IT Factor of Professional Wrestling has been suspended for over a month, but returned to save his friend, EY, at the end of the show in a move that stunned Team MVP and the crowd in attendance.
What will happen at Team MVP's party? Will the group truly reign supreme or will someone crash this party - just like Roode crashed their celebration last week? Tune into Spike TV at 9/8c this Thursday to find out!
The violence and pure chaos continue to escalate week after week since Bram arrived on the seen in TNA. There have been savage attacks against Willow and even the addition of Abyss didn't seem to faze the crazed Brits at Slammiversary.
This week on IMPACT, Willow and Abyss look to finally get their revenge and Abyss has revealed that his signature match, the Monsters Ball match, will reappear this week! Knowing Abyss' history of violence, Bram and Magnus certainly can't be taking this challenge lightly.

Fans were beyond excited to see the return of Taryn Terrell last week on IMPACT - and the idea of Gail/Taryn 3 fueled that excitement even more. However, like the true Mean Girls they are, the Beautiful People interrupted the two Knockouts to remind everyone where the Knockouts gold still sits!
This Thursday, however, we can confirm that Taryn Terrell and Gail Kim have challenged and the BP's have accepted so we will see Taryn and Gail in tag team action against Angelina Love and Velvet Sky!
With Taryn gone for nearly a year, this will serve as the most challenging "tune-up" match possible, already stepping into the ring against the Knockouts Champion. If Taryn and Gail are able to pick up a win here, it should fast track them both on the way to another shot at Angelina Love's Knockout title!

Just 1-day before this week's IMPACT, we can exclusively report that the TNA Board of Directors has called an emergency meeting in Dallas, TX. We can also report that neither President Dixie Carter or Director of Wrestling Operations MVP are in attendance at this meeting.
Speculation began this morning that something major was in the works and, sources revealed, that a board meeting was called early this morning - with many top executives being unreachable all day.
This is not the first emergency meeting of the past two weeks. As we revealed earlier this week, the TNA Board of Directors has held several meetings since Slammiversary - one of which resulted in the return of the 6-sided ring.
