As we reported just a short while ago, Jim Ross is retiring after twenty years with WWE. The Wrestling Observer reports that the decision was made yesterday during a sit-down meeting with Vince McMahon to talk about Ross' future with the company, which led to the decision that he would retire.
The site claims that the decision was being considered as far back as the WWE 2K14 symposium over SummerSlam weekend; Ross took some serious heat for not cutting Ric Flair off and for letting it get away from him.
