During an interview with 4th and Pain Ken Anderson told show hosts Adam Carriker of the Washington Redskins and former wrestling announcer Chuck Carroll that he expects to have a new deal with Impact Wrestling "within a week."
He said his agent and lawyer are currently working on finishing up a deal with the company and that he enjoyed the way he was being used creatively before his contract expired.
Not being with the company hasn't really crossed his mind. He's also open to taking independent dates.
Opinionated View- First I gotta think the creative team is going "Thanks for blowing your surprise return." But I'm encouraged by this it might be a sign the cuts are done and TNA can get back to business as usual.
