WWE has been officially served with a lawsuit by the Figures Toy company claiming that WWE had illegally ended their licensing deal to produce and sell replica championship belts. According to a report by Mike Johnson, Figures Toy company claims WWE ended the deal in order to cut a new deal with the manufacturer for Figures Toy in Hong Kong and completely cut the company out of any business going forward.
WWE was given until 9/24 to respond to the lawsuit.
Opinionated View- Um there might be more to it or something I am missing but what is there to sue WWE over? I mean for Toy company it sucks they are going to lose money but it doesn't sound like WWE did anything wrong sounds like they just cut a better deal.
