Reports Say AEW Talking to Time Warner, Jericho and Ross Said To Be Evolved

New details have emerged regarding All Elite Wrestling.

According to Rajah.com, Jim Ross will reportedly be heavily involved with the promotion, both as a commentator and in a backstage role. Ross is currently under contract with WWE until the end of March and has denied any involvement with the promotion since his name was first linked to the then-unnamed company.

Furthermore, agent Barry Bloom will be involved in the recruitment process. Rajah reports that AEW will "go hard" at trying to sign WWE talents, both in-ring and backstage, whose contracts are set to expire. They are also looking to sign legends, including Goldberg, who is a client of Bloom's.

Chris Jericho will reportedly be involved "in depth" with the company as well. Jericho previously laughed off the initial report that he, Bloom and Ross would be starting their own wrestling company.

Rajah goes on to report that AEW President Tony Khan is putting $100 million into the company. He is also using his contacts in the television industry to secure a TV deal for AEW. Khan and AEW are reportedly talking to Time Warner, the parent company of TNT and TBS. Neither network has had wrestling programming on their station since the death of WCW. TNT recently signed a deal with ONE Championship. It was previously reported by the Wrestling Observer that AEW are in talks with multiple networks, but no television deal is official.

Opinionated View- Well let's see how much of this turns out to be even remotely true. I am very hopeful the Ross and "Legends" stuff is just click bait or a Meltlzer case of seeing one and one and coming up with eleven.
