According to Pwinsider.com, Tammy Sytch has waived her Gagnon video hearing, which was in regards to a petition to revoke her parole/probation in Carbon Count Court in PA. Sytch was taken into custody several weeks back on an undisclosed violation. Since she waived the hearing, she will remain incarcerated at Carbon County Prison until a Gagnon 2 hearing is scheduled. That hearing is the actual violation hearing where she will go before the presiding Judge in her case to determine whether she is violation of her probation/parole. Time. The hearing has not been scheduled at this time. She could be re-sentenced to additional time or penalties if it is ruled that she was in violation of her parole/probation.
Back on August 18th, Judge Joseph J. Matika sentenced Sytch to five years probation after pleading guilty to three DUI-related arrests from 2015. She was also sentenced to 97 days in jail, but got time served as she had spent 95 days in rehab. The sentencing included bi-weekly drug and alcohol testing, fines of $2,100 as well as court costs of $1,000 and $50 per month fee to cover the cost of her court-mandated supervision. She also had her driver’s license suspended for 30 months and was ordered to complete 125 hours of community service.
