The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that Zack Sabre Jr and Kota Ibushi have not signed with WWE. According to Dave Meltzer, “almost all indications” say that Sabre Jr will not be signing for the moment. He has told people that he has goals outside of WWE that he wants to achieve first.
Meanwhile, Kota Ibushi has been telling people in Japan that he hasn’t signed but he didn’t say that “he won’t sign.”
