– The Law Office of Kimberly Turner & Associates has announced today that their client, TNA alumnus Anthony “Crimson” Mayweather, had domestic charges against him stemming from an April arrest dismissed. Mayweather was charged by the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office on April 3rd after police got a call that a man had headbutted his wife outside a hotel in Clarksville, Tennessee. When they arrived, they found Mayweather’s wife Heather bleeding from the nose and lip but saying that everything was fine. A security guard from a nearby hotel witnessed the headbutt and Mayweather was charged, while Heather was charged with public intoxication.
According to the release, Mayweather’s attorney offered “additional information for their consideration” to the DA’s office and that after discussions between the lawyer and the DA’s office, the charge was dismissed on July 22nd. All records of the charges have been expunged.
