Tammy Sytch’s formal arraignment on DUI charges from June, which was scheduled for this morning, was canceled. A pre-trial conference has been moved to December 17. The arraignment was for arrests on June 1 and June 20 in Towamensing Township, Pennsylvania.
On June 1, Sytch was pulled over at 9:35 AM for a vehicle code violation. She was under the influence of alcohol and taken to the state police barracks for a breathalyzer test. She has been charged with DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, DUI: Highest Rate of Alcohol (BAC .16+), BAC .02 or Greater Second Offense, Driving without a License, Operating a Vehicle without Required Financial Responsibility, Disregarding a Traffic Lane, Reckless Driving and Driving At A Safe Speed.
On June 20, she was arrested after crashing her car. She was charged for DUI: General Impairment/Incapable of Driving Safely, driving without a license, careless driving and disregarding a traffic lane. The cases are separate from another DUI case against her based on a May 30 arrest for charges of driving under the influence, driving with a suspended license and careless driving. She will stand trial on December 7 for those charges.
