11/10 WWE Main Event taping spoilers

WWE Main Event Taping
The opening to Main Event was shown and we were welcomed to the show...
1. Jack Swagger over Adam Rose. Adam Rose came out to his music with a microphone, but half way down he cut the music and told us we don't deserve to listen to the song. He said he believed he would be a hit around the world, but he wasn't and it's all our fault. He said it's his turn to make our lives miserable just as Jack Swagger's music played. The crowd gave him a good pop, and said "we the people" with him. The crowd was pumped for the match following the surprise Finn Balor appearance in the dark match. After a back and forth match, Swagger put Rose away with the Ankle Lock. The match lasted a good 5-8 minutes and was decent with good near falls...
Highlights were shown of Undertaker and Kane and the piece was labelled "Souls Awoken"...
2. Damien Sandow vs. Heath Slater. Sandow wore his intellectual gear and got a great reception. Slater is still a one man band. Sandow got the win with Heath having the majority of the offense beforehand...
Following an advertisement for the excellent Breaking Ground, it was time for the main event of, uh, Main Event.
3. Sasha Banks (w/Naomi, Tamina) defeated Becky Lynch. Becky got a huge pop, as did Sasha. There were loud NXT chants during the match, as you would imagine. After some great chain wrestling to start, which was appreciated by the crowd, there were some loud "let's go Becky, let's go Sasha" duel chants. Becky eventually gained the advantage but was caught by Sasha climbing back in the ring. Sasha continued with some hard hitting offense focussing on Becky's arm. Becky tried a comeback but was cut off quickly twice. Becky eventually completed her comeback and took control with clotheslines. She went for a butt bomb and missed, which gave Sasha the advantage. The finish came with the Bank Statement from Sasha in about ten minutes. The match was okay. I was expecting more. It had a hot start, slow middle, and a decent end. I'm not sure it's worth going out of your way to watch Main Event for, but it's a nice perk if you do.
