Charges Against Bram Dropped, TNA Reinstates Him

TNA issued the following statement on Monday, reinstating TNA wrestler Bram (Thomas Latimer) to his contract with the company after charges against Latimer were dropped by the prosecuting attorney in Gulfport, Florida for an August 30th arrest where Latimer was charged with false imprisonment and domestic battery by strangulation:
TNA REINSTATES BRAM
TNA today announced Thomas Latimer, known as Bram, is immediately reinstated to his contract and the TNA roster following resolution of legal matters related to domestic dispute charges brought against him this past August in Florida. On learning of the charges, TNA immediately suspended Bram indefinitely awaiting the outcome of the legal process.
"We hold all of our wrestlers to a high standard of conduct and take any potential legal charges against them seriously," said TNA EVP of TV & Talent Relations John Gaburick. "With all charges being dropped, Bram has been reinstated."

Bram posted the following on Twitter after TNA released word about his reinstatement to the company:
"Thank you to @IMPACTWRESTLING and all my fans for your incredible support."


Opinoinated View- This remains a complicated issue. There will be some people that go "Gt rid of him... Guys like this don't deserve second chances." I'm not that kind of guy. He is a very talented performer the charges were dropped let him live his life. I Just hope he makes some changes in his life what ever that needs to be.
