– A new report suggests that the reason Leva “Blue Pants” Bates had heat in NXT had little to do with how she got herself over in the promotion, and more to do with her attitude. WrestlingInc reports that according to a source, Bates got in trouble with WWE officials because there was a feeling that she didn’t appreciate the spot she had and would often be seen paying more attention to her phone during the NXT tapings than what was going on in front of the crowd.
The site’s report conflicts with previous reports, which suggested that Bates had caught heat by making comments about being more over than other talent. WrestlingInc adds that Bates became intoxicated in public during SummerSlam weekend and acted inappropriately in front of WWE Corporate employees, which did not go over well. This led to her missing the flight back to Florida the next morning with the rest of the roster.
Opinionated View- As always be careful with reports like these. For all we know this is coming from someone with a grudge. But man if this is true I can't blame them. The phone I will give a pass to but the drinking if it's true man talk about blowing a chance.
