Steve Austin will not be at Wrestlemania. However, the news was a surprise to several people in WWE, as he was scheduled to arrive tomorrow and there were plans for him at the event. WWE staff in San Jose are still talking about it.
– Ric Flair is in town for Wrestlemania. He’ll be inducting Tatsumi Fujinami into the WWE Hall of Fame. There’s also rumors he may have a cameo at Wrestlemania.
– While it was previously claimed that Eva Marie would host the WWE Hall of Fame, Jerry Lawler had an interview with Bill Apter and said that he would be hosting. The most recent script for the show was written for Lawler.
– Finn Balor and Adrian Neville are booked for the next several weeks of WWE TV after Wrestlemania. Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn were originally booked but will likely not go due to their injuries.
– Sting and Undertaker are scheduled to be at the RAW taping on Monday night, but it’s unknown if they’ll show up on TV or not.
– Jimmy Jacobs will begin working for WWE on April 1.
