There was a negative reaction online after WWE reported that Michael suffered a “possible cervical fracture” due to taking the F-5 from Brock Lesnar on Raw. Fans commented that due to the recent death of Perro Aguayo, Jr. from a heart attack by way of cervical stroke caused by three fractured vertebrae, the company should have chosen a different injury to give Cole.
Opinionated View- Well you have understand to WWE if it didn't happen in there rings it didn't happen. There is a large blind spot to what is going on outside of the ring. I'm not saying they did this to mock or take advantage of the death of Aguayo. But they live in WWE world and don't always see or remember what happens else where.
