The rules for the Flag Match hadn't been established as of Thursday's creative meeting. The preview for the match on WWE.com had implied that it involved capturing the other talent's flag while JBL said on Raw that it could be won via pin fall or submission.
Opinionated View- The flag match stip no matter what is stupid. If its the capture the flag style it makes no sense given the finish of there last match. I really want to like Rusev but he's not that impressive. Swagger's I always said had potential but the years of being jobbed out took all the luster off the guy.
