Song composer James Papa's lawsuit against the WWE over the use of theme songs he created for WCW in the 1990s was offically settled on July 25. The U.S. District Court, Northern District of Texas stated recently that all parties are required to file their agreement with the court by August 29 so that the lawsuit can be officially closed. Papa, who created the Fabolous Freebirds' entrance song, "Badstreet USA", will be releasing a documentary later this year about the creation of the song.
