How is WWE Creative Booking Around Daniel Bryan’s Injury?

- The Wrestling Observer reports that WWE was hopeful Daniel Bryan could return to the ring in time for Money in the Bank on June 29 before his neck operation last Thursday. However, as of now, Bryan may not be active until the Battleground event at this point, which is on July 20. Summerslam in August is being viewed as a worst-case scenario for the latest Bryan could return.

For Money in the Bank, the WWE creative team is reportedly working on a new card for the show as a contingency plan. Many WWE Superstars and legends think that Bryan needs to tone down his in-ring style, as there has been a lot of concern internally that his recent neck surgery could be the start of long-term, serious problems for him. Moves that many feel Bryan should take out of his arsenal include the flying headbutt, the missile dropkick, and the suicide dive.
