WWE issued the following statement earlier today concerning the arrest of WWE Diva Emma (Tenille Dashwood) yesterday afternoon (6/30) on charges of sixth-degree larceny:
"WWE is aware that Tenille Dashwood (WWE Diva Emma) was arrested for shoplifting. Ms. Dashwood is ultimately responsible for her personal actions."
In an update to our earlier report, the location of Emma's arrest yesterday afternoon was at a Wal-Mart in Hartford according to a report by Mike Johnson. In the state of Connecticut, charges of sixth-degree larceny is for shoplifting of an item worth $250 or less. If convicted, the sentence for sixth-degree larceny for Emma is up to 3 months of jail time and/or a fine up to $500.
