Jim Ross revealed earlier this week in a tweet that he is now contractually done with WWE. Ross' severance package (described as a 10 month non-compete package) with WWE expired this past week after both sides parted ways back in September.
This now leaves Ross free to take part in pro wrestling events for television or Pay Per View if he decided to. The deal did allow him to take part in non-pro wrestling events including the boxing event he called on Fox Sports back in May.
