King Mo Wins Easily, Rampage's First Bellator Fight Set

TNA Star "King Mo" Muhammed Lawal dominated Jacob Noe at Bellator 97 to win the light heavyweight tournament and earn a title shot. Lawal used his world class wrestling to take Noe down time and again following it up with brutal ground and pound before getting the stoppage in third round. Mo's title shot will have to wait and current Bellator Light Heavyweight Champion Attila Vegh still has to face Emanuel Newton who won the last light heavyweight tournament upsetting Mo along the way.

Meanwhile Quinton "Rampage" Jackson announced he be fighting fellow former UFC champion Tito Ortiz at Bellator 105 witch will take place in November and will be the first PPV Bellator will ever do.

Opinionated View- Its a huge win for Mo who lost a lot of momentum after the Newton loss. It was nice to see Mo again use his wrestling to secure a win. While has showed good striking at time he's lost a few fights by getting away from his wrestling. As for Rampage vs Tito Dana White is laughing so hard right now I can hear him in Nebraska.

But I guess this does lend credence to my buddy's Patrick Kelly's theory that Tito is the #August1Warning guy
