Ring of Honor announced that Kevin Steen is the fourth entrant in the 16-man ROH Title tournament. Read the official announcement at ROHwrestling.com. ROH previously named Michael Elgin, Brian Kendrick, and Karl Anderson as the first three entrants. The single elimination tournament begins on July 27 in Providence, Rhode Island and will conclude in Philadelphia, Pa. at Death Before Dishonor XI.
