Pro Wrestling Sheet’s Ryan Satin has confirmed that former WWE star Enzo Amore is still being investigated for sexual assault despite recent online rumors that the case had been dropped. Rumors of the case being dropped were started by Sam, friend of Enzo’s accuser Philomena Sheahan, tweeting that the case had been dropped and that Eric Ardnt (Enzo Amore) was not named in any court docket in the state of Arizona (which was followed by both Sam and Sheahan deleting their Twitter accounts).
However, Satin contacted the police investigating the case and they confirmed that the case is open and Enzo is still being investigated.

The case and Enzo’s failure to disclose the situation to WWE, led to his release several months ago. The case has been full of claims and counter claims about the accuser and her motives.
