Backstage Notes On Braun Strowman’s Injury & Possible Plans Changing

According to Dave Meltzer and Wrestling Observer Radio (via wrestlinginc.com), the good news is that Braun Strowman’s injury and upcoming operation are not considered to be major. The problem right now is that WWE doesn’t know exactly how long he will be out of action until he has the surgery.
Reign & Strowman have been working the European tour against each other, and last night’s Raw angle was done to write Strowman off TV so that he can get his surgery. Strowman’s absence will lead to booking changes at Extreme Rules and Great Balls of Fire. Reigns vs. Strowman was the planned Extreme Rules main event while Braun vs. WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar was scheduled for Great Balls of Fire.
At this time, there is no word on what the new PPV main events will be.

Opinionated  View- I never wish injury on anyone but THANK YOU GOD that we aren't going to have the trash pile that would Brock vs. Strowman
