Adam Rose pulls doctors note of Twitter

WWE star Adam Rose, who released a doctors note on Tuesday following his recent suspension from WWE that indicated he had been prescribed Adderall to treat ADHD, has now pulled both the tweet containing a photo of the doctors note and another tweet where he stated he had informed WWE about the prescription for well over a year. Rose has not made any mention about the note since removing the tweets
