Former WWE wrestler files federal lawsuit against WWE alleging "egregious mistreatment" of wrestlers and covering up head injuries

Former WWF wrestler Billy Jack Haynes (a/k/a William Albert Haynes III) has filed a lawsuit in federal court against WWE for "egregious mistreatment of its wrestlers for its own benefit, as well as its concealment and denial of medical research and evidence concerning traumatic brain injuries suffered by WWE wrestlers," according to The Portland Tribune.

The suit is asking the court to grant class action status for hundreds of former wrestlers, and to force WWE to establish a medical trust fund to pay for wrestlers who are suffering from injuries sustained in a WWE ring.

Opinionated View- Haynes wrestled the majority of his career outside of the WWF. Someone called this a blood water in the move given how poor the WWE's footing on wall street is right now. This could take off and if that happens it's the last ting WWE would want.
