The Miz and Damien Mizdow are out to start tonight’s WWE Main Event. Michael Cole and Byron Saxton are on commentary…and JBL is here for the 3-man for some reason.
-The Miz is hosting “MizTV” and talks about their match with the Usos on RAW, and says that he and his stunt double did not lose to the FORMER tag team champions. They bring out their guests tonight, the Usos, and call them the biggest “thieves” in WWE. Miz asks them why those stole a victory that belongs to him, and they start mocking him along him with the crowd. Jimmy is miming whatever Jey says and does, like Mizdow. Eventually all three of them are mimicking Miz, and he loses his patience, and it leads to a tag team match being made.
The Usos vs. The Miz & Damien Mizdow
Jimmy does some high-flying early, but is caught with a standing dropkick from Miz. Sandow tags in and gets a good pop from the crowd, so Miz tags back in immediately and runs right into an armdrag from Jimmy. Jey tags in and they go to work on him, until Miz catches him in the ropes and clubs him with kicks on the mat. Eventually Miz gets thrown to the floor and Sandow goes down too, emulating the attack. Jey takes advantage of his stupidity and splashes over the ropes, taking them both down, as they cut to commercial.
After the break, Miz is back in control. Jey fights back but runs into a clothesline in the corner. Sandow is on the floor again, mimicking his protege. He actually misses a tag opportunity because he’s playing to the crowd, who is chanting “we want Mizdow”. Miz hits the knee lift-neckbreaker combo for a two count, and Mizdow tags in and puts Jey in a headlock. This goes on for a few minutes, until Jimmy finally makes the hot tag. He rolls through Miz with several clotheslines and a superkick, followed by a Samoan Drop. He goes to the top rope, looking for the big splash, but comes up empty. Jey does his “twin magic” thing while the referee isn’t looking, and rolls up Miz for the 1-2-3.
Winners: The Usos
-A Divas Halloween costume battle royal is announced for WWE Smackdown this week.
Paige vs. Natalya
Tyson Kidd is hanging out on commentary, with his feet up on the desk. They lock up and go to the mat, and Paige puts her in a head-scissors, only for Nattie to kip up. They lock up again, and this time Natalya gets a head-scissors, and Paige kips up out of it. They stare each other down and Natalya rolls her up for a two-count, and Paige hides in the ropes until the referee backs her off. She attacks Nattie in the corner and stomps a mudhole in her, but is caught with a right elbow and a dropkick. They brawl to the outside and Paige gets a superkick.
Side note: Tyson is doing a Stu Hart impression right now. He’s also completely ignoring Nattie getting her ass kicked, but the Stu Hart impression is more important.
Paige kicks away with tons of knees to the mid-section, then locks in an abdominal stretch. Nattie reverses the hold into her own ab stretch, and hooks the leg while standing to apply pressure. Paige drops her with a kick and then picks her up, licking her cheek. She puts her in the front body-scissors and tries to choke her out, but settles for a close two-count. Paige runs into a spinning clotheslines from Natalya, who powers up and drops her with a killer release German suplex. JBL wonders if Brock Lesnar taught her that.
Nattie tries for the Sharpshooter, but Paige counters with a snap DDT. She mocks her with a Sharpshooter attempt, but Natalya reverses the hold. Paige rolls her up with a handful of tights for the win.
Winner: Paige
