The Bray Wyatt character was created by Dusty Rhodes. Rhodes came up with the gimmick and said it would be much better than Husky Harris. Rhodes and Wyatt are now coming up with new ideas ot make the character more interesting and unique. Wyatt is reportedly really taking the character and running with it.
