Impact signs new TV deal with Mexican network to air on Saturday nights beginning July 7

According to a recent report from PWinsider.com, Impact Wrestling has signed a new television deal with Mexican TV network 52MX to air on Saturday nights beginning July 7 at 9:30pm (Mexico Time). The Mexican network has already been airing commercials promoting Impact coming to the network in July.
It should be noted that Impact, when it was TNA Wresting, did air for a short period of time on 52MX in 2008.  Impact has yet to make an official announcement regarding the newly signed agreement which further expands the company’s international coverage following the renewed deal with Spike TV in the United Kingdom April of this year.  In addition, Impact also airs internationally in Canada, Germany, France and Portugal.
Impact currently has a strong presence of Mexican wrestlers as the company has agreements with AAA, The Crash and Lucha Underground that has brought Drago, Aerostar, El Hijo del Fantasma and Pentagon Jr, who even had a short run as Impact World Champion, all to Impact’s Thursday night show which airs at 8:00pm ET/PT on POP TV and several of the company’s recent pay-per view events.
